As a professional Life Coach & Developer, Therapist, and Mentor, I love the healing transformations that take place in a space that is specifically set aside for the hard work needed to move forward. Liberation, reconciliation and development are three of my main goals. Each of my clients will receive the tools and strategies they need while receiving guidance on how to implement proven tools and strategies into their lives to thrive and experience successful living.

My approach to Life Coaching & Development is a personal one, because I stand by the amazing benefits one can receive from great mental care. I also believe strongly that transformation should be tangible as a result of that care.

EXPERIENCE
Mrs. Hunter's professional experience includes one 1/2-year internship at Navos in Seattle, Washington, where she served various populations such as children, youth, individuals, and families for over a year. The challenges she therapized at Navos included addiction, depression, ADHD, OCD, and even Autism. After that, Jay became a psychotherapist at Sandbox Therapy in Washington. Jay's experience in counseling, mentoring, and coaching spans before receiving her licensure credentials, as she has Pastorally counseled for over ten years and counting.
